I started out as a sales representative: together with another woman, I started selling sandals and, shortly after, I embarked on a journey with a company that produces – and still produces – leather belts and bags.

It was during those years that I discovered how much I loved this world: the contact with retailers, the travel, the trade shows. Taking my products to Milan, Paris, and the major fashion events made me feel like I was in the right place.

Leather is starting to fascinate me more and more: its workmanship, its textures, its colors, its infinite creative possibilities.

This is how Margot Milano came to life: not from a theoretical project, but from a concrete experiment, born from the desire to transform an intuition into something people could wear.
