TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OF THE SITE

1) Owner of the Site and Seller
The Site and the sale of products are managed by:

In this document, MARGOT SRL is referred to as the “Seller” or “Owner”.
2) Scope of application
These Terms govern:
- access to and use of the Site;
- the online purchase of products (“Products”) through the Site.
By placing an order, the user (“Customer”) declares that he has read and accepted these Terms.
3) Product Information
The descriptions, images and colours of the Products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy; however, slight differences may occur (e.g. colour rendering on different screens, variations in materials and workmanship).
Availability may vary even after the order has been placed. If the item is unavailable, the Seller will contact the Customer to propose a solution (refund, alternative, or waiting).
4) Prices, taxes and expenses
Prices are shown on the Site in the displayed currency. Any taxes, duties, or fees (if applicable based on the destination country) and shipping costs are displayed in the final order summary before confirming your order.
5) Purchase procedure and conclusion of the contract
The order is placed by following the guided procedure on the Site.
The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation (usually via email) and/or when the order is accepted by the Site's sales system.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (address, contact details, etc.).
6) Payments
The available payment methods are indicated during checkout. The Site may use, among others, Klarna and PayPal .
Note: Payment data (e.g., card details) are processed directly by the respective providers; the Seller does not store complete card details, except for information strictly necessary (e.g., transaction outcome and identifier) for administrative/accounting purposes.
7) Shipping and delivery
Delivery takes place to the address indicated by the customer, with delivery times and costs shown during the purchase process. Shipments can be made via GLS courier or another carrier indicated during the order process.
7.1 Check upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is asked to check the integrity of the package. In the event of obvious anomalies (damaged/open package), it is recommended to report it promptly.
7.2 Non-delivery / incorrect address
The Seller is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete/inaccurate information provided by the Customer or unavailability. Any new attempts and additional costs (if applicable) may be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated.
7.3 Transfer of risk
Unless otherwise provided for by mandatory provisions for Consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery (or in any case when the Customer, or a third party designated by him other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods).
8) Right of withdrawal (Consumer Customers)
If the Customer purchases as a Consumer (a natural person for purposes other than business or professional activity), he or she may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason.
8.1 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear communication to the Seller within 14 days (e.g. via email/PEC), indicating at least:
- order number;
- product(s) to be returned;
- Customer data useful for management.
8.2 Return of Products
The Customer must send the Products within 14 days of the withdrawal notification:
- intact, not used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and characteristics;
- complete with parts/accessories and any packaging;
- properly packaged.
The Customer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
8.3 Return costs
Unless otherwise expressly indicated by the Seller, the direct costs of return are borne by the Customer .
8.4 Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Seller will refund any payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable and paid), within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back, whichever situation occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered will not be refunded.
9) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (personalised/tailor-made goods)
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in cases provided by law, including, for example, goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
If a Product requires customization or customization (custom sizes, changes requested by the Customer, etc.), this will be indicated before purchase or agreed upon with customer support.
10) Legal guarantee of conformity (Consumer Customers)
For purchases made as a Consumer, the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Italian/European legislation applies:
- duration 2 years from delivery for new goods;
- The Consumer has the right to the remedies provided in the event of a lack of conformity (repair or replacement; alternatively, price reduction or termination in the cases provided for).
For warranty assistance, the Customer can contact the Seller indicating:
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- any useful photos/videos.
11) Account, reserved area and security
If the Site allows registration:
- the Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of the credentials;
- the Customer undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date data;
- The Seller may suspend or close the account in case of illegal use or violations of the Terms.
12) Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, text, photographs, layout, and content of the Site are the property of the Seller or used under license. Reproduction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.
13) Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Seller is not responsible for:
- Site interruptions due to maintenance, faults or causes beyond our control;
- delays attributable to carriers, force majeure events or incorrect data provided by the Customer;
- non-substantial differences between images/descriptions and the Product, within the limits indicated in point 3.
The Consumer's inalienable rights remain unaffected.
14) Privacy and Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the Site, which form an integral part of these Terms.
15) Applicable law and competent court
These Terms are governed by Italian law .
For Consumer Customers, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of residence or domicile of the Consumer , if provided for by the applicable legislation.
16) Out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR)
The Consumer Customer may attempt to resolve the dispute out of court through competent ADR bodies and tools provided for by applicable legislation.
Note: The European ODR platform for online dispute resolution has been discontinued (as of July 20, 2025). Other tools for protection and alternative dispute resolution remain available.
